2. Products and Services

Product Description: We offer a variety of premium quality dry fruits for sale. We strive to ensure that all product descriptions, prices, and images are accurate; however, there may be minor variations due to packaging or display limitations.
Availability: All products are subject to availability. If a product is out of stock, we will notify you promptly and provide a refund or alternative options.

3. Orders and Payment

Order Confirmation: After you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation email. This email is not an acceptance of your order, but an acknowledgment that we have received it.
Payment Methods: We accept various payment methods, including credit/debit cards and online payment gateways. Payment must be made at the time of placing the order.
Order Cancellation: You may cancel an order within 24 hours of placing it. After 24 hours, we may not be able to cancel or modify your order as it may have already been processed or shipped.
Pricing: All prices on the website are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes. Prices may change without notice.

- Reason for return
- Photographs of the damaged product (if applicable)
Return Shipping: Return shipping costs will be borne by the customer unless the product was damaged or defective. If the product is damaged, we will cover the return shipping cost.
Refund Process:
- Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed and credited to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
Non-Returnable Items: Due to hygiene and quality concerns, opened or partially used dry fruits cannot be returned.
Exchanges: If you prefer to exchange a product, we will send a replacement item once the original product is returned, subject to product availability.
